Q: I made a one time automatic payment with my credit card, but my credit card company keeps billing me ever since then. I called the company that I made payment to and was told that they are not aware of such payment. When I contacted my credit card company, they credited back my account and apologized. But they have started again to deduct the same again. Can I sue?
A: Yes and if the card was issued by a national bank you should file a complaint with the OCC.
