Q: We received an order for our product. Customer placed order with credit cards, authorization went through and we shipped the product. Now we get a call saying it was credit card fraud. Are we out thousands of dollars?

They recommend you implement fraud screening programs to protect yourself in the future. This is a tremendous problem for merchants.
