A new Web site has been launched to serve as an incubator of new ideas for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Business credit card specialist Advanta announced the beta launch of ideablob.com, and offers a chance to win $10,000. Anyone with a good business idea can post it to ideablob.com, then friends, family, business associates can vote for it. Each month, the idea that gets the most votes wins $10,000.
