He is back and on the face of a new prepaid card. Elvis Presley Enterprises has given its blessing for the "Elvis Presley Prepaid VISA." The card will be released later this month by EDP Licensing. MBNA currently issues an "Elvis Presley VISA" credit card. Under the credit card program a contribution is generated each time the card is used.
