Personalized gift cards have been taken to a new level with the introduction of the "Talking Gift Card." Now you can record your personalized message right on the card before delivering it to the recipient. The new card is the brainchild of Boston-based Arthur Blank & Co., a top card manufacturer. The "Talking Gift Card" uses a chip to record the message powered by "Voice-Express." The new card is part of Blank's patented "RAC Card" series. The card will be introduced next week at a trade show.
